We offer Kajiya Beef, a type of Japanese black beef raised on our own ranch in Tanegashima.Please enjoy healthy Wagyu beef that has been raised under strict hygiene and sleep management and fed natural ingredients.The cows are raised on sugarcane, and the beef they produce is unparalleled, with sweet white meat and punchy red meat.

You can enjoy your meal in a balanced space that evokes the atmosphere of both the Meiji and Reiwa eras.There are large tables, counter seats, tatami rooms, and Japanese-style rooms with chairs and tables, making it suitable for a variety of occasions.Please come and spend your precious time at our restaurant whether you are alone, as a couple, with your family, for a meeting or business meeting.

This Japanese restaurant was renovated from a Kyoto machiya townhouse and offers a taste of learning from the past and creating something new.The interior of the restaurant, known as "Unagi no Nedoko," has a narrow frontage and a deep depth, creating a calm, adult space.This is a restaurant where you can enjoy food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.With its historic appearance, the design matches all occasions, whether you are dining alone, on a date, or entertaining clients.

Many of the decorations and furnishings in the store are made by Kyoto's leading artists.The title of the logo was written by calligrapher Shoshu.He is responsible for the title of the historical drama "Gunshi Kanbei" and the slogan for Kyoto Sanga FC.There are also Kyoto indigo dyers, flower arrangers, woodworkers, Japanese candle makers, and other traditional craftspeople with ties to Kyoto located throughout the store.

You can see the open-air interior of the restaurant from the windows in the semi-private rooms on the second floor.The earthen wall above the approximately 6m high atrium retains the atmosphere of an old kimono wholesaler.You can sense the history in every scratch on the wall and imagine what it was like in the Meiji period.Please enjoy the space where the time and space of the Reiwa and Meiji eras intersect.
