Enjoy delicious meat dishes made with various cuts of Kajiya beef, such as seared yukhoe beef, meat rolls, meat temari sushi, stews, and roast beef.The main dish is, of course, Kajiya beef steak.We also offer suggestions for pairing with alcoholic beverages.

We provide safe and secure beef from cows that have been lovingly raised on our own ranch in Tanegashima.The 300 cows are growing big on a diet of sugarcane and natural fodder.The sweetness of the sugarcane blends into the fat, giving it a sweet marbling.The lean meat is packed with flavor accumulated over many years of growth as a cow with experience, and will impress even the most discerning gourmets.
